E3-axis active control magnetic bearing without permanent magnets
![]() |
The 3-axis active control magnetic bearing can support a rotational shaft to 3-axes direction. It has the structure that is integrated with radial and thrust magnetic bearings. From the structure without permanent magnets, there is no performance deterioration in high temperature, the assembly and disassembly performance are improved. |

E3-axis active control magnetic bearing with asymmetric structure
![]() |
The 3-axis active control magnetic bearing with asymmetric structure has an asymmetric structure in z-axis direction because it is specially designed for a canned motor pump. The rotor is attracted only in one axial direction due to the negative pressure of a fluid. This magnetic bearing can generate a large suspension force in one axial direction due to the asymmetric structure. |

EInterference suppression control of 3-axis active control magnetic bearing with asymmetric structure using non-linear compensator
![]() | The 3-axis active control magnetic bearing with asymmetric structure has the problem that the interference effect is big when the certain rotor position and input current. To solve this problem, we proposed the non-linear control method using a non-linear compensator that uses a state of rotor position and input current. The stabilization of the system using the control method was clarified by the numerical simulation. |

EMagnetically levitated lead screw
![]() |
Magnetic lead screw (MLS) is a feed screw that allows non-contact power transmission. The MLSs have some advantages such as reduction of particle emission and improving positioning accuracy. However, conventional MLSs need a supporting mechanism using linear guides or slide bearings made of resin. They deteriorate the advantages of MLSs because of friction. In order to solve this problem, we proposed the magnetically levitated lead screw for complete non-contact transmission. |
